Betty & Gisela did a top notch job staging a mid century, vacant home with the most ideal, furnishings and decor that accented the home & it's features perfectly! On the initial walk through they noted a few minor items for the sellers to have addressed to ensure best results. After that, they assisted with the final prep before bringing in cute furnishings, accent pieces, rugs, artificial greenery, mirrors, shower curtains and coordinating decor throughout the main living areas, kitchen, baths and foyer. All items were new & looked like HGTV decorated it! I received several compliments on the staging from other agents. The agreement covered TWO months of use with the option to extend but the property sold in just 2 days... at full price! Very competitive pricing too! I'll definitely recommend their services again in the future.
